Exxeles’s Hydrophilic film XT-H100 consists of a transparent polyester film with one side Exxeles’s hydrophilic coating and backside treatment enable to stabilize hydrophilic coating when coiled. XT-H100 is with excellent wetting capability that could effectively increase the speed of spreading out of micro-fluid; hence the measuring accuracy is improved distinctively. Product Description and Applications:

This is a solvent-free, fast-curing coating. Utilizing R2R, MG, and Comma coating methods, the resulting coating is dry and hard after UV curing. UV adhesives exhibit various properties depending on the product application, manufacturing process, and substrate; these are often customized products.

These UV adhesives are widely used for microstructure imprinting on optical thin films (brightness enhancement films, diffusion films, hardening films), acrylic sheets, etc.; they are also used for OMD (Optical Material Deposition) coatings in 3C products for added functional protection.

Functional UV glue

Product Description and Applications:

Special functions are imparted to UV glue formulations, such as antibacterial, anti-fogging, anti-UV, anti-blue light, anti-fingerprint, abrasion resistance, and colorfastness. These additional properties are achieved by applying the glue to the substrate surface using processing methods such as coating, embossing, spraying, and brushing.

These UV glue or coatings can be applied to the surfaces of 3C product casings, building material leather, protective films, nameplates, and consumer consumables.

Product Description and Applications:

This coating combines anti-glare, matte, and diffusion functions in one, is light-cured, and can be applied to a smooth surface depending on the processing method. It also exhibits high light transmittance and low reflectivity at close range, and the adhesive can be easily formulated to meet specific application requirements.

It is expected to be used in industrial and consumer markets, such as matte films or coatings to reduce surface reflectivity.

UV glue for protection: peelable, water-soluble, waterproof

Product Description and Applications:

This product is applied to the surface or edges of workpieces using screen printing, dispensing, spraying, or dip coating methods. It can be used on areas requiring protection, such as metal and plastic sheets, back covers, ITO glass/film, and PCBs. After curing, it forms a protective film with strength and toughness, preventing scratches and contamination during subsequent processing. It is easily and completely removed after use, leaving no residue. Two types are available: UV type and heat-baking type, depending on the process.

Product Description and Applications:

This is a pressure-sensitive adhesive, primarily used in the preparation of pressure-sensitive tapes or substrate-free adhesives (double-sided tapes). Its function is to give the tape pressure-sensitive adhesive properties. Due to its sufficient cohesive strength and elasticity, it is easy to handle and can be easily removed from surfaces without residue. It provides bonding and fixation for a wide range of materials, from optical, medical, automotive, and wood applications to general-purpose materials, and can replace double-sided tapes.

UV/thermal debonding glue

Product Description and Applications:

The coating process involves applying the glue to various substrates. It initially exhibits high adhesion, bonding firmly to the substrate after initial attachment. After processing, the glue loses its stickiness upon application of appropriate energy (such as ultraviolet light, heat, or low temperature), allowing for easy removal without peeling or affecting the substrate's surface or subsequent processes. This type of adhesive (tape) provides temporary fixation and protection. It can be used for transfer applications in silicon wafer, touch screen, Micro-LED, and glass thinning etching processes.
